Mini Training

WHAT

Join me for a 4 week training where we will anchor into embodied and present teaching. We will explore the poetics and practical tools of a hearty yoga class with a blend of material.

WHEN (ONLINE)

September 23rd - October 14th

Tuesday nights 6-8pm EST.

4 group sessions via. Zoom with Guided asana practice, meditation, journaling and q&a.

2 1x1 30min privates with an opportunity to work on anything you’d like.

We will also meet for 15min prior to training so that I can better understand where you are in your practice/teaching and your desires.
